זום מודיעה על סיום הסכם המיזוג עם Five9

זום Zoom Video Communications, Inc.  (נאסד"ק: ZM), הודיעה היום כי זום ו-Five9  סיימו באופן הדדי את הסכם המיזוג שבוצע על ידי הצדדים ב-16 ביולי 2021.

באסיפה המיוחדת של בעלי המניות של Five9 שהתקיימה ב-30 בספטמבר 2021, Five9 לא זכתה לתמיכת בעלי המניות הנדרשת בהסכם המיזוג. כתוצאה מכך, לזום ול-Five9 הייתה כל אחת היכולת לסיים את הסכם המיזוג.
